Thousands of SKUs, dozens of brands, and shipping rules that change with every heavy or hazardous part.

A parts catalog this size lives or dies on search and checkout. Customers need to filter their way to the exact fitment fast, the catalog has to stay in sync with supplier inventory, and freight has to account for oversized, palletized, and hazmat items — all on a store that stays fast under ad-driven traffic surges.

WooCommerce out of the box doesn't run a catalog like this. So we built what it was missing — each plugin owning one job, none stepping on the others.

Shipping that actually fits the box.

Problem

Heavy, oddly shaped parts shipping from multiple warehouses. Flat rate tables gave wrong prices — and oversized items dead-ended at "call us for a rate," quietly killing the sale.

Built

A box-packing engine that packs each cart into a real 20-box catalog, quotes live FedEx & UPS rates per warehouse, and routes truck-freight and hazmat items correctly — with a fallback that builds a virtual box around anything oversized so it still gets a real rate.

Result

Accurate shipping at checkout, fewer abandoned carts, and free-shipping math that finally follows the real business rules.

Supplier feeds dump thousands of products with cryptic SKU titles and no real copy. Hand-writing descriptions for a catalog this size isn't realistic — so we put AI to work, on our terms.
